The stunning star, 26, showed her Instagram fans what she was up to in the gym on Wednesday in a quick video.
The beauty could be seen squatting in front of a mirror while holding sets of heavy weights.
Kady was sporting a matching mauve gym wear set and donned her hair in a ponytail for the session.

Her gym session comes after Kady wowed as she posed for another glam social media snap.
The reality TV beauty looked glowing as she posed for a spa snap at the Bvlgari Hotel London.
The brunette star smiled as she sat on a lounger in a Fendi swimsuit.

The 26-year-old posed in front of her mirror in a sultry position and swept her long locks to the side, showing off her impressive cleavage and hourglass curves.
