I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! winner Giovanna Fletcher has left fans concerned after she shared an update on a recent finger injury online.
The 37 year old headed straight to Instagram to showcase her fingers wrapped in bandages while providing her followers with the details of her recent mishap while attempting to knock a brick wall down.
Holding up her fingers to the camera, Giovanna also gave a rather unimpressed look.
Captioning the selfie, she penned: “Quite ironic that in my last post I mentioned taking the brick wall down was my happy place and like a mindfulness task… well, things have taken a turn and one of my fingers has taken me out of the wall-knocking-down game.

She added: “At least it’s not broken. Doh!!”
Once the post was uploaded, Giovanna’s followers quickly rushed to the comment section to wish her a speedy recovery.
One person said: “Oh Gi, what are you like!!! Get better soon love xxx.”
Another said: “Ouch!! Hope they get better soon.”
Third added: “Aww be careful dear dear hope you’re okay lovely lady. No brick wall knocking down for you or cooking etc etc etc.”

Meanwhile, a fourth concerned fan shared: “Ouch feel better soon angel! You are having no luck this year.”
In December, the mother-of-three and wife of McFly musician Tom Fletcher, was forced to temporarily quit her starring West End role after she hurt her ankle.
Speaking to her followers online recently, she admitted to still feeling the impact from her injury.
Giovanna is scheduled to take part in a charity hike with breast cancer Coppafeel in June, however speaking openly to her fans, the podcaster said she still has concerns regarding her ankle.

She said: “This will be my first trek since my ankle injury. I’ve been out, I’ve been active on it. It still clicks when I do it side to side, I can still feel it at the moment, but every day I’m trying to make it a little bit stronger so it doesn’t hinder me when I am away.”
But this isn’t the only health issue Giovanna has experienced this year.
Last month, she took to Instagram to post a photo of the audiology department in hospital and wrote: “Nothing much to report. Just a recurring ear infection that’s been a stubborn b**** to get rid of.
“Strangely my ‘good’ ear lost all hearing over the weekend. Not related but turns out my ‘bad’ ear is still infected – and I would’ve just ploughed on had the random blockage not occurred.”
