TV star Stacey Dooley looks completely unrecognisable without her signature red hair in an unearthed documentary screen grab from a decade ago.
When the popular TV star fronted BBC’s Border Wars in 2012, the flame-haired beauty we all know and love today looked totally different.
Without her signature red hair 10 years ago, instead she donned a dark brunette-auburn shade – which looks so different to her orange choppy bob she dons today.
Stacey, 35, is now an ambassador for haircare brand Clairol and sports ginger locks in an edgy bobbed style.
Recently Stacey revealed that her orange tresses are thanks to box hair dye, confessing: “8WR Golden auburn is my box colour.”

This comes after Stacey left her followers completely divided over her ‘dodgy’ choice of sofa.
Stacey shared a glimpse of her newly renovated living room with her followers on Instagram the other week, when her fans were completely taken aback by her sofa.
Fans were obsessed with the decor and swooned over the fluffy cream rug, marble patterned walls, lavish fireplace and huge mirror.

But it was the large brown sofa that seemed to cause a stir among some of Stacey’s 1million followers – check out the above video to see what the commotion is all about.
“Love the room but hate the sofa,” said one fan, while another added: “That sofa looks like my stomach after birthing my twins.”

A third person penned: “Love the room very peaceful, but hate the sofa, don’t get the sofa at all,” while another agreed: “Lovely home not sure about the dodgy sofa though.”
Stacey, who is known for her hard-hitting investigative documentaries, lives in Brighton with Strictly’s Kevin Clifton and often shares snaps of her home and glimpses into her life online.
