OnlyFans sensation and former Page 3 model Rhian Sugden looks completely unrecognisable in a throwback snap from 20 years ago.
Posting the two decade old snap on Instagram, the stunning star who posts topless and implied photos on the explicit photo-sharing site, said that her younger self “deserves a wall post”.
The side-by-side snap showed Rhian on the left as a geeky-looking 15 year old school girl, while the snap on the right was of Rhian looking ultra glam in 2022.
With her hair in pigtails, a full fringe and glasses on, teenage Rhian looked a far cry from how we know the star today.

While her recent photo on the right showed the glamorous online star donning bouncy hair, no fringe, a glam face of makeup, a pearly white grin and no glasses.
Taking to the caption she penned: “Shy, insecure, geeky, always seeking approval and incredibly anxious. Nothing like the person I am today.
“I have better hair (thankfully) and finally got my head around using contact lenses. My confidence is better, I no longer seek validation, I’m much happier and more content than I’ve ever been.”
The OnlyFans favourite added: “It’s each to their own and I know my life choices may not be everyone’s cup of tea but I’m so grateful for everything my life has brought me so far. The friends, the relationships, the experiences. The things I’ve learnt and and the person that I’m becoming as I get older.”

She then quoted drag queen RuPaul and said: “If you can’t love yourself how the hell you gonna love somebody else? #canigetanamen.”
Before adding that she is still a nerd, by concluding: “Also YAY for nerds! (I have to add, I do still love my video games and geeky magazine subscriptions – so that bits not changed at all).”
Fans flocked to the comments to gush over Rhian’s transformation, with one penning: “Crikey, the difference is astounding!! Definitely a beautiful swan has emerged!! Absolutely gorgeous, Rhian.”

This comes as the model who is known for her busty appearance revealed that her boobs have “grown so big” that she has considered a breast reduction.
The consideration comes even though doing so could harm her sultry content-making career.
The 35-year-old former Page 3 model said that her large F-cup breasts make it “unbearable” to walk, which is why she’s considering shrinking them.
Rhian is now an OnlyFans sensation but has previously graced the pages of popular lads mags like Zoo and Nuts.
Her OnlyFans bio states that she is an: “International Lingerie model and the longest standing Page 3 girl”.
