Maisie Smith sparked concern from her loyal followers after sharing a TikTok of her crying in a series of snippets earlier this week.
The former EastEnders and Strictly Come Dancing star was immediately inundated with love and support online as she made a comment about “deserving more”, prompting fans to think she’d split from Max George.

Days later she shared a photo bringing him in for a smooch and sent a defiant message that they were still together.
Following the abundance of social media posts, Ulrika Jonsson has slammed the TV star and accused her of “exploiting fans” – even branding her “attention seeking”.

In her column for The Sun, Ulrika fumed over the “self indulgent nonsense” which prompted the star to film herself crying on social media.
Referring to the video which saw Maisie take close-up shots of her tears rolling down her face, Ulrika said it was all “very dramatic”.
She added: “Without a moment’s hesitation, her caring fans flooded her social media platform with comments of concern for her welfare, worrying that her relationship with Max George might have come to a sticky end.”
Ulrika added that Maisie isn’t the first celeb to film themselves in tears, but confessed she “can’t comprehend” why it happens.

She slammed Maisie for being “cryptic and dramatic” as her fans shared the fear and concerns for her before she added: “In a subsequent post to be pictured snogging her face off her boyfriend as if nothing had happened at all, is insulting.”
It was also claimed that the clip “exploits the loyalty and goodwill of her fans” who rushed to share their support.
Maisie’s clip certainly had people riled up with rumours of a split between she and Max swirling around them – but it was soon cleared up.

The pair are now on holiday together and even sparked further rumours – in the opposite direction – as Maisie was seen sporting bling on her ring finger.
Fans have quizzed her once again, but she hasn’t shared any insight as to where the ring came from, or if it has any hidden meaning…
