Strictly's Ellie Taylor says she and co-star are 'like lovers' in BBC confession

Strictly Come Dancing’s Ellie Taylor has admitted that she and Johannes Radebe are “like lovers” as they gear up for Saturday night’s show.

The couple, who are gearing up for their Week 7 routine – a Rumba to Alone by Heart, appeared on the Strictly spin-off programme It Takes Two on Friday night (November 4).

Looking overjoyed with their performance last week, where finished in joint first place last weekend after they scored 35 points from the judges, the couple spoke about their loved up routine.

The couple’s Rumba will take place on Saturday, which means that Strictly fans can enjoy it in all its glory live, tomorrow night (November 5).

Ellie admitted that she and Johannes are ‘like lovers’

Speaking to BBC Two’s It Takes Two host Rylan Clark, the pair opened up about their upcoming routine.

Rylan noted how last week there were “a lot of rules to follow” and how this week will be “a totally different story”.

Johannes explained how the Rumba “lends itself so beautifully on Ellie’s body” while a VT showed the couple in rehearsals.

Last week the couple felt like sisters

Gushing over his celebrity dance partner, Johannes said he was “blown away” by the outfit Ellie will wear on Saturday when he saw it.

Speaking of this week’s performance, Ellie revealed how the couple are “like lovers”.

“It’s a very different vibe to last week,” she said, explaining how last week’s routine had them both feeling “like sisters” in the fun dance.

Ellie made the love admission on It Takes Two on Friday

She then added that this week they’re “like lovers” – which gives a fans a hint at what they should expect tomorrow night.

Viewers tuned in last weekend to see them perform a spooky rendition of their Couple’s Choice routine to I Put A Spell On You from the much-loved Halloween film Hocus Pocus.

Ellie, a TV personality and comedian, began her career as a stand-up comic.

The hilarious brunette bombshell is known for her appearances on BBC’s Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo and The Mash Report, and Late Night Mash on Dave.
