Kym Marsh breaks down in tears after emotional Strictly dance in memory of late son

Kym Marsh was overcome with emotion following her latest Strictly Come Dancing routine.

The former Coronation Street actress and her partner Graziano Di Prima danced to Snow Patrol’s Chasing Cars on Saturday (November 12) evening.

In the VT before their performance, Kym explained that the song means so much to her and her family because it makes them thing of her son Archie.

However, it all got too much for Kym while talking to presenter Claudia Winkleman.

She apologised to Graziano after the judges pointed out that she gave him the “wrong foot”for a lift.

Graziano told his partner she didn’t need to worry and the pair received a sound 31 out of 40.

Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke awarded the couple 8s and head judge Shirley Balass scored the routine a seven out of 10.

Another added: “I loved @msm4rsh performance on #Strictly so soft smooth and elegant. Brilliant song too.”
