Former Playmate Zoe Gregory has dished the dirt on an “A group and B group” hierarchy going on in Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion.
The former Page 3 girl moved to Los Angeles to live with Hef with her young son, after becoming a single mum aged just 16.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, Zoe explained the “worst part” of life with Hef was having to “fake being friends” with his so-called “B group” comprised of the “less desirable” girls.

Zoe explained: “There were two groups, the A group and the B group. The girls we didn’t get along with were the ugly ones obviously! They got treated a lot differently by Hef, so therefore they hated us – the good looking ones that Hef was more fond of.

“Every day, having to deal with looking at their faces and them kissing Hef’s a**e just to get brownie points, and living with the other girls that I didn’t like… that was the hardest part.”
So why did Hef keep them around?
Zoe said it’s because they would “do anything for him”.
She confessed: “They would do things that some of us girls wouldn’t do. Some of us wouldn’t – or couldn’t – devote 100% of our time [to Hef].

“For example, I had a kid. During the daytime, I had to go and be with my son and do homework until he went to sleep. I couldn’t be there during the day and watch silent movies with him in the theatre and stuff like that.
“But those other girls did have that time on their hands. Because they were ugly, they had to do stuff like that in order to really be noticed by Hef. They had to do the extra dirty work that we didn’t.”
She added: “I know it sounds horrible but it’s the truth!”

Despite the lows, however, Zoe wouldn’t change a thing about her Playboy experience.
The OnlyFans star gushed: “I was living with a f***ing legend. At that point in time, I never realised what an amazing opportunity I had.”
During her tenure at the Mansion, Hef even treated her to a new pair of breast implants that Zoe is now flogging on eBay.
A lucky bidder can get their hands on her old boobs and bag a date with the stunner at the same time.
