Motsi Mabuse 'doesn't want to give up' Strictly as co-star sister after 'bigger things'

Motsi Mabuse “doesn’t want to give up” Strictly Come Dancing as co-star sister pursues “bigger things”.

Sisters Oti and Motsi are big names in the world of dance, and more specifically, Strictly.

Motsi’s younger sister Oti was a professional dancer on the BBC One competition from 2015 until she announced her departure in February 2022.

Moving on to pursue “bigger things”, Oti has since appeared as a judge on ITV1’s Dancing On Ice, as well as choreographing professional dances on Strictly, behind-the-scenes.

Prior to Oti leaving Strictly, her older sister, Motsi, joined the show as a judge.

And now Inbaal Honigman, celebrity psychic and body language expert, has exclusively opened up to Daily Star about the sisters – and more specifically, Motsi’s future on the show.

“The sisters have very different personalities, and each of them appears to be fully supportive of each other’s choices,” she explained.

She also told us that in a fabulous dance routine that the sisters uploaded to Instagram, the difference in their personalities “really shine”.

Inbaal revealed that “Oti is dominant” because she was the first to move and “uses very large gestures and smiles very broadly”, adding that her “facial expressions are magnificent and she embraces the moment”.

“She’s a person who thinks big, so quitting was a decision she took with view to pursuing bigger opportunities,” she went on.

“Motsi, on the other hand, is more playful,” the expert told us.

Inbaal explained how the older of the two sisters uses “faster motions and keeps her dancing space tight around her body”.

“Her smile is bright yet delicate, and she seems happy to cooperate, and doesn’t seek to dominate,” she added.

“She’s a person who wants to be excited for what she has, so she doesn’t want to give up a bird in the hand, to search for two in the bush.”
