Malin Andersson's baby rushed to hospital as Love Island star feels 'so depressed'

Malin Andersson is “so depressed” as her 10-month-old baby girl Xaya was rushed to hospital.

The Love Island star shared an update with fans confirming her baby daughter isn’t responding to antibiotic treatment after feeling “so poorly”.

The star welcomed Xaya into the world in January 2022, with her then-partner Jared.

They split two weeks after the little girl was born.

Malin announced at the time: “I have always prided myself on being open and transparent on here so I want to let you all know that myself and Jared are no longer together.

“We split around four weeks ago and have since been trying to come to terms with everything and process it all.”

She added: “We are co-parenting Xaya as she of course comes first in all of this but we would appreciate some space as we navigate through this separation.

“I don’t want to go into more detail at the moment, my baby girl is my main priority and I am building myself back up with what fuels my strength – friends, family, exercise and meditation.”

Xaya is sister to Consy, who was born seven weeks premature and who sadly passed away just one month after she was born.

Malin regularly posts about her late daughter, who sadly died in 2019.
