Britney Spears has reached out to her mum Lynne amid their family troubles.
The pop princess has been at odds with members of her family for a while – particularly her dad Jamie – and has made several comments about them since her 13-year conservatorship came to an end last year.
But she has now extended an olive branch to her mum by inviting her for a coffee to “talk about it”.

Britney, 41, extended the invite on Instagram as she shared a snap of herself in Mexico.
The star appeared to be topless in the pic, which was taken from the shoulders up.
“Instagram doesn’t like posts of people revealing their bodies anymore so here’s a selfie of me in Mexico!!!” she wrote.
“Mom and Dad … I crossed the border and I made it!!! After no coffee for 15 years… Mom we can go have coffee together now!!!
“I’m treated as an equal… let’s have coffee and talk about it!!!”
Britney’s conservatorship was set up in 2008 and ended in November last year, and the singer has since posted about doing things like driving alone and drinking wine for the first time in years.
Lynne has previously indicated that she would like to patch things up with her daughter.
A few months ago she shared a sweet black and white shot of them smiling and wrote: “Britney, your whole life I have tried my best to support your dreams and wishes!
“And also, I have tried my best to help you out of hardships!
“I have never and will never turn my back on you! Your rejections to the countless times I have flown out and calls make me feel hopeless! I have tried everything.”
