A pregnant Britain’s Got Talent auditionee gave birth to her baby hours before her audition aired on ITV yesterday, with the singer now sharing sweet details about the birth.
Viewers of BGT will remember Amy Lou Smith who appeared on the ITV1 talent show last night (April 16), with the blonde beauty 30 weeks pregnant while belting out a Beyoncé song.
The 34-year-old sunbed shop worker from the West Midlands left viewers stunned with her rendition of Listen, and ended up getting four yes votes and in turn sailing through to the next round.

But just hours before viewers at home witnessed Amy Lou’s audition, she gave birth to her “perfect” baby daughter.
Arriving in time to witness her mum’s audition on the television, baby Aida was born on Saturday afternoon (April 15) at 15:59, just hours before the episode aired.
Speaking to The Mirror after giving birth, Amy Lou spoke of how her newborn baby girl is “perfect and healthy”.
She also gushed over how “in love” she and her family are with their “perfect little girl” and swooned over how she has made the family “complete”.
Amy Lou revealed to the paper that she didn’t know her audition would be airing during the launch episode of the 16th series, with the singing sensation admitting that she was “already booked in” to deliver her new bundle of joy.
Amy Lou, who is also mum to a four year old son, added: “I hadn’t told anybody on the show I was having her this weekend – so it’s crazy!”
This comes after the BGT launch show, which took place last night, with an all-new episode airing tonight (April 16).
With Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and new judge Bruno Tonioli at the helm of the judging panel and one golden buzzer act already confirmed – it’s unknown what the second installment of the 16th series will bring.
Britain’s Got Talent continues on tonight (Sunday 16th April) at 19:45 on ITV1 and ITVX.
