Love Island’s Ron Hall says he ‘should be working’ as he admits struggle after show

Love Island star Ron Hall has confessed that he feels “unemployed” while admitting that he “should be working”.

The 25-year-old, who appeared on the hit dating show earlier this year and came second place alongside his partner Lana Jenkins, gave an honest view about life after the villa on his YouTube channel.

In a video, which he named Life After The Villa & What Now?!, Ron gave a candid description of what he’s been up to while stating the aspects he’s struggled with.

The former financial advisor said: “Really what a lot of people want to know, which seems weird because however many seasons there have been of Love Island maybe not enough people have spoken about it honestly, they want to know what is life like leaving the villa.

“What is this whole new world? And frankly, I don’t know what to call it, I don’t really have a lot of care for it.

“I’m still a normal bloke but people just kind of recognise me.”

Talking about his everyday life, the golf-lover said he is happy he can indulge in his favourite sport while being able to go to “crazy events” such as a movie premiere.

However, the star admitted that he “should be working and should be doing a job”.

He said: “Although a bit of honesty about this new life. I almost feel unemployed. But 24/7 working, your brain doesn’t switch off.

“Anyone who has tried to film a TikTok or anything like that, for me, this is my new job or life now, your brain has to constantly think of ideas.

“My brain does not work that way – I am not that creative.”

The star also asked his viewers if they could give him suggestions on the avenue he should pursue next.

Ron’s fans were quick to praise the islander for his honesty while others gave him ideas of the type of content they hope to see from him.

In the comment section, one social media user wrote: “Love how down to earth and focused you are on the things that matter (including Lana hehe) you keep doing you.”

While another said: “Loved seeing this Ron!! Videos with Lana are a must but pls also make financial advice videos cause almost all of us need that!!”
