I’m A Celebrity… South Africa viewers were issued a stern warning by host Dec Donnelly during the latest episode of the ITV soap
Paul Burrell and Carol Vorderman put themselves forward for the latest trial during Wednesday’s (May 11) instalment.
However, things took an X-rated when the pair started to shout out phrasings like “I can’t find the hole”, “I’m coming” and “Is it in?”

Dec instructed viewers to make sure they were watching the show with picture and not just sound, while Ant compared the task to Pau Burrell Innudeno Bingo.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Welll this is innuendo central isn’t it! Laughing my head off.”
Another added: “Paul Burrell innuendo bingo” with laughing face emojis.
A third persons said: “Those of us with a dirty mind are enjoying the unintended innuendo immensely.”
While a fourth social media user said: “Why does this sound very sexual omg.”
The trial comes after Dean Gaffney and Helen Flanagan were given the boot from camp.
Before they left, Dec told the pair: “It wouldn’t have been the same without you.”
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “naaa I’m gutted for Helen & Dean.”
Another added; “Show won’t be the same without Helen and Dean”
A third person moaned: “What’s happening with #ImACeleb first Shaun, then Joe and now dean and Helen? Thank god for Phil cause he’s the only entertaining one left.”
A fourth social media user said: “So sad to see Helen go she’s being fantastic this time round, so different from her previous time I’m #ImACeleb sad to see Dean going too.”
The first-ever I’m A Celebrity Legend will be named during Friday’s (May 12) finale.
