BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty has issued an apology after asking a guest to repeat a comment.
The 48-year-old star was back on the famous red sofa on Friday (July 14) alongside Charlie Stayt.
They woke up the nation with the latest headlines, including the news that one million public sector workers are getting a pay rise.

Education secretary Gillian Keegan MP appeared on the programme to discuss the 6.5% pay increase for teachers.
Gillian explained: “We do spend in cycles in what we call spending reviews but then any additional recurring costs you’ve picked in those two years is what the treasury look at for the next spending review period.
“Recurring, what does that mean?,” Naga asked.
Gillian replied: “Recurring means it’s going to be there forever, right. So every year there’s going to be a recurring spend.
“Ah recurring, sorry.” Naga said.
Gillian added: “Sorry, was that a bit Scouse Naga?”
The BBC star responded: “No, not at all. I heard ‘Recaring’ which was a phrase I didn’t understand.
It comes after Naga told weather presenter Carol Kirkwood “I don’t like it” before she could share her daily forecast.
Naga stopped her co-star from talking to share her dismay over some changes she’d been noticing after being reminded by the image on screen.
As Carol appeared to present her segment, she stood in front of an image of a pitch black sky – and Naga wasn’t having it.
Naga told Carol, 61: “I’m looking at your picture seeing the dark skies and thinking, I’ve noticed the dark mornings and the evenings drawing in just that little bit sooner or later in the morning and I don’t like it.”
Carol quickly said back: “No, well that’s the way it’s going to be, Naga.”

And former Strictly Come Dancing star Carol only had more bad news for Naga, as it seems that temperatures – at least in Rome – will be getting even hotter.
She said: “Yesterday in Rome, the temperature was 33.5C. The average this time of year is 30.5 degrees. Next week we could see temperatures in Rome at 40 degrees.”
