TOWIE star and radio presenter Bobby Norris has shared his thoughts on Strictly Come Dancing and admitted that he wouldn’t mind giving it a go.
The 37-year-old, who rose to fame on ITV’s The Only Way Is Essex has been supporting this year’s Stoptober campaign. He is currently encouraging the nation’s smokers to give up cigarettes during the month of October.
But when speaking of other interests and the return of BBC’s Strictly, Bobby confessed that he wouldn’t mind getting involved in the iconic dance show. Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, the reality icon confessed it would be the perfect night out.

He said: “Would I do Strictly? Yeah for sure, I mean I don’t know how good I would be. But I love the outfits, I love the show, I mean what’s not to love, turn up on a Saturday night, have a nice spray tan, have a lovely outfit and have a dance around, do you know what I mean? That’s the perfect Saturday night for me!”
The star also admitted that there would be a possibility of him doing better in the show now that he no longer smokes. He added: “I now that I don’t smoke, I’ll be even better on the dancefloor!
“I mean that’s a stretch. I don’t know if I would be better on the dancefloor but I won’t be wheezing on the dancefloor,” he confessed.
As well as sharing his love for reality television, Bobby spoke openly about his smoking addiction and how he was able to quit. The star was previously a consistent smoker but feels better for kicking the habit after 20 years during lockdown.
He said: “Smoking was such a big part of my life and for so long. For over 20 years, it is such a long time to smoke.
“There have been a few times I obviously wanted to give up and I tried. But seeing someone that is honest about their journey and seeing one person give up, that’s job done for me.
“And the amazing thing about Stoptober, you’re doing it with tens of thousands of people. So you’re all in it together.”
