Baywatch icon admits feeling ‘lonely’ after 13 years single days before birthday

Former Playboy model and Baywatch icon Erika Eleniak has opened up about feeling lonely after 13 years of being single.

Gorgeous blonde Erika, who turns 54 today (September 29), posted a short video on her Instagram page, talking about the difference between being alone and being lonely. Then she admitted to feeling lonely herself lately.

The Under Siege star captioned the post: “Are you feeling lonely or alone but fulfilled in your Life? Sometimes, we can be surrounded by people and still feel lonely.” In her brief piece to camera she admits not checking in for a bit, then asks how everyone is doing.

She then says: “I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the difference between being alone and being lonely. And I’ve been a little lonely lately, which is interesting because I have spent many years by choice, alone, but I have never ever felt alone. I felt really fulfilled in a lot of different areas of my life.

“But as times change and people change, and people come and go, you know, I find myself lonely. And I’m wondering how you’re feeling. I know at different points of our life we have felt alone and lonely, but if you’re interested in the conversation I created a blog, Loneliness vs Being Alone, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.”
