Tipping Point’s Ben Shephard was left floored after one of the players made a blunder on the ITV show.
The hit programme was back on TV screens on Tuesday (October 3) as Ben Shephard welcomed four players onto the show. As fans tuned in for the primetime programme, the GMB host introduced contestants Annie, Imran and Lauren before they battled it out to bag some serious cash.
But things took an awkward turn when Lauren admitted she didn’t recognise famous James Bond actor Roger Moore. Both Ben and viewers watching the show at home didn’t seem too impressed.

In the second round, it was between Lauren and Annie. Lauren was asked by Ben: “What surname is shared by a James Bond actor and the captain of the England 1966 FIFA World Cup-winning side?”
Looking stumped, Lauren admitted: “I know one James Bond actor and that’s it.” She then passed it over to Annie – who looked equally as confused.
However, as the clogs churned in her heard she gave Ben an answer. She said: “Is it Moore? I’m going with Moore.”
Speaking to Lauren, Ben asked her: “Have you heard of Roger Moore?” She replied: “No,” while squirming.
Ben appeared to be taken a back by her confession and quizzed her future: “Oh, have you heard of Bobby Moore?” But she didn’t know who he was either.
Annie’s answer was correct and she bagged the coin from Lauren. She then proceeded to play the game where she bagged £250.
Viewers watching the show at home were left confused as to how Lauren didn’t know who the two Moore are. On X, formerly known as Twitter, one person wrote: “Evidence that young people live in a different country.”

A second quipped: “How do you not know Roger Moore and Bobby Moore.” Someone else then chimed in and fumed: “Haven’t heard of Bobby Moore? GET OFF MY TV!”
Lauren beat Annie and made it all the way to the final round. But it seemed it was Lauren’s lucky day as she managed to take home the £10,000 jackpot prize.
