American social media sensation Trisha Paytas has been inundated with comments from her loyal fans who seem to believe she is carrying a boy that will become a reincarnation of King Charles III.
The meme, which is trending across social media platforms, is a follow-on from when the YouTuber went viral as fans claimed she gave birth to a reincarnation of Queen Elizabeth II following her death in September 2022.
The heavily pregnant American influencer took to TikTok to dispel rumours that she had given birth to a girl who was said to be a “reincarnation of the Queen” and named her Elizabeth after the bizarre claim became a meme. She actually didn’t give birth to her daughter, Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon, until September 14.

However, now that another monarch has taken ill while she is pregnant with her second, people have been driven wild by the theory as people fear she could “take down another monarch”. One TikTok user, who posts under the username @rachleahx, believes there’s an even stronger connection between Trisha’s unborn son and the monarch as he is to be named “Elvis”.
The name was chosen to pay homage to American singer Elvis Presely – who just so happened to be nicknamed “the King of Rock and Roll”. Since the recent announcement of King Charles III’s cancer diagnosis, Trisha has seen her comments blow up with suggestions that she is carrying a baby boy that will be a reincarnation of the 75-year-old King as people fear he will succumb to the disease later this year.
The social media star has since had to urge people to stop making memes about it in a viral video, which has gained more than 274,000 likes. In the clip, she was seen pointing at comments that said “the King is on his wayyyy” and saying that the King and his mother the Queen would be “reunited”.
To which, she replied: “These are literally all the comments on my last TikTok about a baby basket that I was gifted. Trending on X always gives me immediate panic attack.”
She went on to say: “This is like an actual baby inside of me, and the only king it should be related to is the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis. I get the timing is crazy. But the Royal Family, the Queen and King Charles, they’re older and like, people have babies all the time.
“I’m not due till May and I hope he makes a speedy recovery. I get the meme of it all. I was able to, like, lean into the Queen Elizabeth one a little bit. It also terrifies me that this could be like, people believe in it enough.
“I believe in like manifesting and stuff where people believe in something enough that it’s like real. And again, I have no connection to the Royal Family. I have no animosity towards the royal family. I just want my baby to be my baby.”
In a previous video, the 35-year-old expectant mum begged people to stop implying that she is the “downfall” of the monarchy and that the memes were “ruining another pregnancy”. She also assured fans that she isn’t due to give birth until May.

Many fans have since come to Trisha’s defence and wished her well for the rest of her pregnancy. One user said: “I’m literally so sorry this is causing so much stress for you… I hope the King and the baby are well,” while a second added: “You are so gorgeous. I’m sorry, people forget you and other Internet ‘celebs’ are real people.”
However, others chose to defend the memes as they took to the comments telling her not to take it seriously as they’re just jokes. A viewer wrote: “Trish, as a British citizen, you are my queen. We also have warped senses of humour and no sun most days. We are not ok xox.” Another added: “TRISH plsssss its just a meme don’t take it personally.”
