Katie Price was told “you’ll never run again” after she sustained life-changing injuries.
At the end of last year, the 45-year-old explained that she’d been handed another crushing low blow after she was in pain yet again. At the time, Pricey had been on the mend following a horror fall in 2020 that left her wheelchair bound.
The mum-of-five sustained life changing injuries, with doctors commenting back then, that her wounds to her feet were among the worst they’d seen. According to Katie, the accident happened after she’d pretended to be a horse.

She’d hurdled a fence during a holiday to Turkey with her children and ex boyfriend Carl Woods, not realising the other side was a six meter plummet down. Katie was left with two completely broken feet.
As a result of the frightful ordeal, medics told the glamour model she’d “never walk again” after both her feet had to be totally reconstructed with pins because she’d shattered bones, leaving her with scars. She was also given a wheelchair to aid with her recovery process.
Nearly four years on, Katie is fighting fit and doing all that she can to prove to medics wrong. Feeling inspired by the London Marathon this weekend (Sunday April 21), she took to her treadmill.
Aiming the camera at her feet picking up the pace, the OnlyFan’s star showcased just how far she’d come, hoping that one day she might be able to run a distance.
Her inked and tanned leg was in full view along with bright orange trainers as she flaunted her remarkable progress. Katie told fans: “Against all odds from life changing injuries being told I won’t run again or do a marathon, this is the first time I’ve attempted to try a few steps slowly running.”
One encouraging fan commented beneath the post: “Never underestimate the Pricey.” Another said: “She broke both her ankles , so it’s amazing what’s she is doing in the treadmill well done @katieprice.”
Others were worried that she might be being a bit too ambitious as they threw caution to the wind, telling her a marathon could be one step too far. One fan penned: “Glad you’re doing well but don’t run a marathon and undo all your good work!,” a second user added: “Leave the marathon. Just be healthy.”
