Liam Gallagher rages at ‘soft’ fans as critics slam his ‘painful’ live singing

Liam Gallagher has furiously hit back at critics.

The Oasis frontman had an outburst over his solo gig and called them “soft c***s”. Gallagher belted out classic Oasis hits on his 52nd birthday before Anthony Joshua’s shock loss to Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium.

The short set on Saturday night included the band’s tracks Rock ‘N’ Roll Star, Supersonic, and Cigarettes And Alcohol, but while many fans were left buzzing by Liam’s performance some blasted the vocals and sound issues.

Liam performed to a record-breaking 96,000 crowd at the arena in London. The singer earlier suggested on X that he would not be hanging around at Wembley for long as he is travelling to Malta for his festival Liam Gallagher And Friends.

Oasis’s reunion tour of 19 UK and Ireland dates have all sold out, including two extra Wembley shows after the uproar over ticket sales and inflated prices. Meanwhile, bookies make it an 8/1 shot for the band to not perform at least one of their scheduled gigs next year.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Liam Gallagher received something of a mixed reception from his Wembley performance on Saturday night, and punters are still seemingly unconvinced Oasis will have a 100% attendance record on tour next year.”
