Liam Payne’s autopsy results have been released.
The former One Direction star died after a devastating fall from the third floor of an Argentine hotel. Early autopsy results pointed to “multiple traumas” causing “internal and external bleeding” as the fatal blows.
The horrendous incident occurred yesterday evening in Buenos Aires, when hotel staff frantically dialled 911, voicing concerns about his welfare just moments before his untimely death. Forensic experts have already been at work at the Judicial Morgue on Viamonte Street, with Infobae revealing on the initial findings.

It seems the injuries align with the harrowing ten-metre tumble from his balcony at the Hotel Casa Sur located on Godoy Cruz Street. The word is that toxicology and pathological studies are being done on his body fluids for any substances, reports the Mirror.

Deputy Secretary Maria Florencia Lavaggi is rallying for witness statements as fans and loved one wait for Liam’s post-mortem details. The Buenos Aires City Police’s Mobile Criminalistics Unit was on the scene at Casa Sur hotel, combing for clues after Liam’s fall.
A whiskey bottle, lighter, and phone – possibly Liam’s – were among the key finds, with prints on each item. A suspect white powder was allegedly found along with clonazepam, energy pills, a notebook and the deceased musicians passport – all seized as evidence.

The tragic turn of events left Liam’s family utterly devastated, expressing their grief: “We are heartbroken. Liam will forever live in our hearts and we’ll remember him for his kind, funny and brave soul. We are supporting each other the best we can as a family and ask for privacy and space at this awful time.”
Liam, aged just 31, had reconnected with ex-bandmate Niall Horan in what is now a bittersweet memory of his final visit to Argentina. Accompanied earlier by girlfriend Kate Cassidy, she returned home ahead of the shocking news that broke yesterday.
