P Diddy ‘raped girl, 13, at afterparty as celebs watched’ in new civil claim

Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs is facing allegations he drugged and raped a 13 year old girl.

The allegations claim the incident took placeat an afterparty he hosted for the MTV Video Music Awards, according to a new civil lawsuit. The 54 year old rapper is embroiled in fresh legal woes as Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee lodged five new civil claims against Combs on 20 October.

This follows the six civil lawsuits filed by anonymous claimants on 7 October. One of the recent filings, obtained by The Mirror US, accuses Diddy of sexually assaulting the minor while two individuals, known only as Celebrity A and Celebrity B, looked on.

The civil lawsuit alleges that the 13 year old girl “had a friend drop her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards (VMAs)”.

The alleged victim arrived at the venue and saw large crowds start to enter, but she stayed outside as she didn’t have a ticket. The lawsuit goes on to say: “Determined to get into an afterparty, she approached several limousine drivers, attempting to talk her way into the VMAs.”

“One of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Defendant Combs.” The driver is alleged to have told the accuser that Combs “liked younger girls” and said she “fit what Diddy was looking for,” according to the legal complaint.

The accuser rocked up to a glitzy afterparty, allegedly on the invite of the big name who told her to show herself at 10pm sharp. Court papers claim: “Later that evening, Plaintiff excitedly returned to the driver, who drove her alone in a black limousine with black interior.”

Landing at the shindig about 20 minutes later, according to the lawsuit, she claims she was asked to sign an NDA right away.

After writing her signature without taking a copy for herself, the lawsuit went on to detail that the party was filled with celebrities and servers with trays of booze. According to court filings: “The plaintiff observed widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine. Plaintiff accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter.”

The court filings allege that the girl started to feel “woozy and lightheaded”. Further claiming: “Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment. She did not lock the door.”

She claims Combs allegedly entered the room shortly after with a male and female celebrity. According to the lawsuit, Combs “aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party’.”

The accuser claimed Combs then threw her towards the male celebrity, referred to as Celebrity A, who allegedly “removed Plaintiff’s clothes as she grew more and more disoriented”. The lawsuit alleges the girl was “held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched.”

She alleges: “After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.”

The alleged victim reportedly grabbed her clothes before wandering around the house naked as she looked for the exit. She claims to have only gotten dressed once outside the property.

The lawsuit stated: “Eventually, Plaintiff reached a gas station. A female clerk noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone. Plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up. After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”

Combs’ lawyers have strongly refuted the previous allegations made against him, explaining that he “categorically denies” all of the claims.
