Katie Price is set to go under the knife once more.
Pricey is planning a breast reduction and the 46 year old mum-of-five, who has made a career out of her bust by posing topless as a glamour model and sharing risqué content, has seen her breasts fluctuate in size due to multiple surgeries.
At their largest, the reality star’s chest reached a double H cup. However, Katie has now confessed that they’ve become too big and she plans to have them reduced, meaning another visit to the plastic surgeon.
During an appearance on the Louis Theroux podcast, she openly discussed her breast ambitions, telling the host: “They’re going smaller in two weeks: they’re too big. It’s terrible isn’t it.”

Katie also pondered whether her body insecurities stem from a mental health issue, admitting: “I always said I haven’t got body dysmorphia but there’s definitely something, I don’t know what it is… I’ve never looked in the mirror and thought I’m pretty or whatever”.
She further confessed that she struggles to see her natural beauty in old photos from before her surgery days, adding: “That’s another thing I have to get to grasps with myself about the surgery thing. I don’t know if it’s body dysmorphia or what I’m trying to gain out of it.”

Katie Price insists she’s not trying to stop the ageing process despite her many visits to the cosmetic surgeon, as she explained to Louis Theroux: “I’m not afraid of getting old: I like getting old because you become wiser. But with the face and that I just think if there’s something to tweak it’s just easy to do.”, reports the Mirror.
This comes amidst allegations from her ex-fiancé Carl Woods, who blasted Katie in an interview with The Sun on Sunday, accusing her of cheating on him with three men during their tumultuous three-year relationship. He detailed how Katie supposedly was unfaithful with a German tourist, a young footballer, and sent flirty messages to a Premier League player early in their romance.
Carl claims that during one confrontation about her alleged infidelity, Katie ran from him, resulting in an injury where she fell from a ledge in a car park and seriously damaged both feet—a different version from Katie’s previous account of a theme park accident in Turkey.
Defending Katie against these accusations, her spokesperson hit back at Carl to the Mirror: “Another ex-cashing in on Kate…for someone who didn’t want to be famous he’s not doing a very good job at it..”
