Heidi Klum was recently left red-faced by an outfit faux pas.
The supermodel had a close call with a wardrobe malfunction on the streets of New York City after stepping out in Soho. The 51 year old America’s Got Talent judge wore a floor-length black blazer dress with a daring high leg split that almost revealed more than she bargained for.
Despite the close call, Heidi posed for photographers with confidence wearing oversized dark sunglasses and diamond earrings. As the wind caught the edge of her dress, Heidi was forced to place a hand on her leg to keep her outfit in place.
The incident comes as it was recently announced that Heidi will be back on TV with a new season of Project Runway. Nina Garcia, a fellow judge on the show, shared the news on Instagram and posted a photo of herself with a promo image of Heidi covering half her face, reports the Mirror US.
“We are soooo back @heidiklum Excited to return to @projectrunway with the OG and my two favorites @csiriano and @luxurylaw,” Nina captioned the post. Fans have been buzzing with excitement in Nina Garcia’s comment section, thrilled about the return of Project Runway.
Heidi was recently slammed for posing in lingerie with her daughter Leni.
The supermodel has repeatedly been criticised for posing with Leni for the underwear brand Intimissi. The lingerie line often uses the mother-daughter duo to model their pieces and promote their brand, but a recent campaign has received negative comments.
In recent campaign snaps the 51-year-old wore a black lace bra with silky red pyjamas. Leni, 20, wore a matching red silk slip dress.
Heidi styled her hair in poker straight layers while Leni styled her long brunette hair in a bouncy blowdry, but despite their stunning photoshoot critics were more concerned with their outfits.
One comment read: “Which normal mom would pose together with her daughter in lingerie?”
Eventually Heidi decided to switch the comments off for good, something she has also done in the past.
