Bianca Censori turned heads looking like a spitting image of Kim Kardashian during her latest solo jaunt, sparking a body language guru to suggest her get-up is a “role reversal” that might signal “deeper” and potentially “more complex emotions”.
The Aussie architect, who was recently seen gallivanting in New York City with hubby Kanye West, was snapped heading to a glam spa in Los Angeles on June 16, before being spotted zooming off in a Porsche 911 Turbo 4S with security in tow.
Bianca, rumoured to have laid down the law with Kanye of late, stepped out in a nude bodysuit with a daringly low neckline that left little to the imagination. She paired it with snowy fur boots and let her chestnut locks cascade in relaxed waves.
Topping off her ensemble with sunnies, Bianca’s look had folks doing double-takes, drawing parallels to Kim once again.
In an exclusive interview with the Mirror US, body language expert Judi James weighed in on Bianca’s “cosplay” of Kim, hinting that it “suggests much deeper and maybe more complex emotions” beyond the typical connotations of visual mimicry like “strong liking or respect for someone or even some borderline fan-worship.”
Judi pointed out that this visual imitation comes across as an odd form of capitulation, noting that Kim has rocked a somewhat similar outfit in the past. J
udi speculated that those instances might mean Kim is trying to “keep up” with Bianca, now hitched to her former beau Kanye – but the tables have turned with Bianca now seemingly stepping into Kim’s shoes.
Judi has dished out her take on the fashion face-off, suggesting a curious twist in the sartorial saga. She remarked: “It’s a strange form of what looks like capitulation,” and noted how in the past, it seemed Kim was the one taking style cues from Bianca, donning similar body stockings and even eye-catching accessories like the oversized trapper hat, hinting at a possible desire to compete with her ex’s new partner or outshine her.
“But here it’s a role-reversal, with Bianca apparently dressing like Kim as well as copying her hair and her make-up,” she continued.
Judi then highlighted that it’s not just the hair and slap that Bianca seems to be mirroring, but also the 44 year old SKIMS mogul’s body language.
“Bianca’s public appearances normally involve a mannequin-style pose with a blank facial expression and an arched back with her arms down at her sides. Here, though, she is much more ‘celebrity’, with one hand touching her shades while the other holds her phone aloft in a more performative look,” Judi observed.
Wrapping up, Judi pondered why the 30 year old might be opting to visually twin with Kim.
“Going from being the one setting the styles and the standard of being shocking to the one copying appears puzzling. Is it possible that Kim was the love of Kanye’s life, and that Bianca feels a need to look like a replacement?” Judi questioned.
“Or is this something of an in joke that she and Kanye find amusing by prompting double-takes? The last option sounds the more likely if they’re running out of ways to gain attention and shock,” she continued.
