Jodie Marsh hosted a charity event to support her Fripp Farm Animal Sanctuary earlier this week, and controversial politician Nigel Farage was among the attendees
Model Jodie Marsh was pictured dancing with Nigel Farage at her recent charity event – but it seemed he didn’t want photographers to capture the moment. The Page 3 icon hosted a charity event to support her Fripp Farm Animal Sanctuary earlier this week. Among the attendees was controversial politician Nigel.
Jodie has ditched her glamour girl image and now lives a much quieter life. Part of that sees her running her animal rescue, which is a community interest company, similar to a charity.
Her event this week was to raise funds and support for the sanctuary and, as the website says, “the money we receive must go on the cause”.
Jodie looked gorgeous in a forest green velvet dress. The strapless gown hugged her curves, and was a perfect contrast to her platinum blonde hair.
Meanwhile, Nigel wore a navy blue tuxedo. He was pictured having a dance with Jodie, though at one point, in true Farage style, put on some theatrics.
He could be seen putting his hand up as a photographer snapped away, seemingly trying to stop the photo.
However it didn’t stop the fun, with many other people in attendance celebrating the event on Instagram.
Jodie founded Fripps Farm in 2020, with her mum’s tragic death pushing her to open it up after realising “life is too short”. It now homes more than 250 animals, with Jodie vowing to take any animal that needs a home. If that isn’t possible, she will find it the best home she can instead.
And it sounds like a busy place, with the website listing its residents as 12 sheep, 11 miniature Shetland ponies, 14 goats, six llamas, six dogs, four owls, 27 cats, six reptiles, two donkeys, eight emus, four meerkats, nine pigs, 20 turkeys, two skunks, two guinea pigs, three geese, eight horses, three alpacas, five muntjac deer, one genet, two racoons, three cows, two racoon dogs, two hedgehogs, nine peacocks, eight pheasants, five guinea fowl, dozens of quails and chickens, a load of ducks and one fox.
She also homes Ernie the shonkey – a donkey crossed with a miniature Shetland, Hayley the wolfdog, and Baby the African Grey parrot.
Jodie also helps to rehabilitate and release wild animals, and also re-homes animals that aren’t suitable fits to permanently live at the farm.
