Screen siren Sydney Sweeney looked absolutely sensational as she hit the red carpet in a sleeveless white gown to promote her new psychological thriller The Housemaid
Sydney Sweeney ensured all eyes were on her when she hit the red carpet.
The Hollywood beauty has been out promoting her new psychological thriller The Housemaid with Amanda Seyfried. She’s been dazzling fans with her sexy displays this year, including her ‘naked’ chainmail dress at the Variety Power of Women Awards.
And on Monday (December 15) she brought the glamour in a plunging white dress that showed off her killer figure. She appeared to channel legend Marilyn Monroe in the flowing white number that was reminiscent of Monroe’s from The Seven Year Itch.
The stunning gown featured a bodice and corseted midriff which highlighted Sydney’s hourglass figure. Glowing Sydney teamed the dress with a long white skirt that had feather details on the bottom.
She oozed confidence as she posed for the cameras at the Los Angeles premiere of the movie. Sydney plays housemaid Millie Calloway in the film, alongside Amanda who plays wealthy lady Nina Winchester.
Sydney recently addressed claims that she could be the next Bond girl. It’s reported she’s backed by Jeff Bezos, boss of Amazon, which has acquired control of the Bond franchise.
She’s also linked to the franchise as her friend Denis Villeneuve is set to direct the next Bond film and is said to be keen to get her on board. A source said: “Sydney is the top name on the casting sheet for Bond.
“Denis believes she is hugely talented, as well as having an alluring appeal to younger generations, vital in modernising the franchise.
“They’ve hung out together a lot and he has admired her stratospheric rise. Plus Sydney has the quality of being athletic and able to perform physical scenes, as well as being feminine and following in the legacy of Bond girls.”
She fuelled the 007 rumours in a recent interview, but didn’t give much away. Asked if she could speak about them, she said “I can’t,” before adding: “To be honest, I don’t know all the Bond rumours, but I’ve always been a huge fan of the franchise, and I’m excited and curious to see what they do with it.”
Asked further about it, she admitted: “Depends on the script. I think I’d have more fun as James Bond.”
It comes as Sydney is reportedly set to unveil her own lingerie line – having wowed fans with lingerie snaps on numerous occasions. According to US Weekly, the project is backed by Ben Schwerin, a partner at private equity firm Coatue.
