EastEnders favourite Jags Panesar (Amar Adatia) has found himself on the wrong side of her his evil mother Suki (Balvinder Sopal).
He recently stood up to his mum over the type of work she is making him do, which left her seething with rage but things took a turn for the worst for the Panesar family during Monday’s episode.
Habiba Ahmed (Rukku Nahar) encouraged him that now might be the time for them to come clean about their relationship.
Jags and Habiba joined the family in the Queen Vic and Suki struggled to hide the menace from her expression as he told her that he loves Habiba.
As Suki welcomed Habiba to the family, she made out that she was happy for him, but her dark side came out as she walked out of the Queen Vic.
Deciding it was time that Jags was taught a lesson he will never forget, Suki met up with the detective leading the investigation into the robbery on the Minute Mart and the attack on Martin Fowler (James Bye).
Handing him Jags’ blood stained jeans, she lied that he had been the one to commit the robbery and this was the evidence the police needed to punish him.
Is she really about to watch her own son sent to prison for a crime he did not commit?
Fans were devastated that evil Suki could do such a thing to her own son.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Suki, how can you set Jags up like this?”
Another added: “As if Suki is framing Jag’s for Martin’s attack, he’s going to be eaten alive in prison.”
A third posted: “Suki is such a spiteful b***h, wow.”
While a fourth said: “This Suki woman is a different level of mad.”
EastEnders fans will know that it was in fact Jag’s brother Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) that attacked Martin.
Vinny teamed up with Martin girlfriend Ruby Allen as part of an insurance scam.
Martin spotted the robbery and chased Vinny into the Minute Mart where he smacked him over the head.
Suki has been determined to keep her family out of trouble but it appears that Jags is no longer wanted.
Amar Adatia, who plays Jags Panesar, has filmed his final scenes so it’s not looking good for the charatcer.
Talking about leaving EastEnders for good actor Amar told Metro.co.uk: “I always knew I’d only be in the show for a set period of time when I signed up.
“I had just finished shooting a film and had prior commitments to promote that but then the pandemic hit and everything understandably got put on hold.
“With timings all pushed back, I was more than happy stay a little bit longer to make sure that we wrapped up Jags’ storyline properly.
“I was really lucky to have those extra months of filming and to spend time with everyone on set before I said goodbye.
“‘I can’t share too much about what happens but it serves to further prove just how far Suki will go to get her way!’
Will Vinny come clean to save his brother?
EastEnders continues on BBC One on Tuesday at 7.30pm
