Dancing On Ice star Carlotta Edwards has broken her silence after being hit by claims her marriage to husband Alexander Demtriou has “collapsed”.
Alex, who is also a pro skater on the ITV ice-skating show, has been married to fellow skater Carlotta for four years, saw reports circulating the pair were splitting.
An ITV source source told Daily Star Online that the claims were not true.
Despite that, pals close to the couple allege the marriage is falling apart and they are “putting on a united front”.
Carlotta, who was voted out of Dancing On Ice last week with her celebrity partner Ben Hamlin, has taken to Instagram for the first time since reports circulated about their relationship.

The TV star appeared to shrug off any suggestion posted a series of clips to her Instagram story as she rolled around laughing during filming for a CBBC show on Saturday morning.
Carlotta could be seen bouncing up and down in amusement while being shown magic tricks by Ben on Saturday Mash-Up! Live.
Carlotta told her followers in a video shared on her page that she was having “way too much fun” before the show had even started as she flashed a huge smile to her camera.
She then danced around the studio, partying with the children in the audience to Taylor Swift track Shake It off.

The ice-skater could be seen belting out the lyrics: “Cause the player’s gonna play, play, play, play, play, and the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate.
“Baby, I’m just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake. I shake it off, I shake it off.”
Reports surrounding Alex and Carlotta comes just days after Maura, 29, announced she had split from boyfriend and fellow Love Island star Curtis Pritchard.

Taking to her Instagram, Maura wrote: “Curtis and I have made the decision to separate.
“We enjoyed a great experience from our time in the villa and want to thank everyone for supporting our relationship.
“There is no easy way to get through a breakup and no bad feeling on either side.
“We tried to make it work but it wasn’t to be, and I wish Curtis nothing but the best for the future,” followed by a broken heart emoji.”
Dancing On Ice airs tonight on ITV at 6pm
