TV legend Rylan Clark-Neal has admitted to fans he is finding life in self-isolation a struggle.
The Big Brother ‘s Bit On The Side host took to Twitter to reveal he “looks haggard.”
Keen to find out how his supporters were finding the government imposed lockdown, fellow X Factor star Jake Quickenden tweeted: “Is anyone making an effort in lockdown, not done me hair and walking round in joggers is actually class.”
Seeing the post, Rylan quickly replied: “I look haggered [sic].”
The revelation comes just hours after Rylan, 31, admitted he’s unable to get medication to help easy his hay fever.
The star tweeted: “Amidst all this, we forgot hay fever.”

After one fan replied to him informing him that Fexofenadine helps with the illness, he admitted he is unable to go out anytime soon.
Rylan replied: “Same always have a supply indoors normally have the kenalog injection but won’t be going out anytime soon so will be suffering. Argh.”
But rather than feeling sorry for himself and wallowing in mystery, Rylan plans to host a boozy digital disco via Instagram this evening.

Encouraging his fans to join him to lift the nation’s mood, the ITV Ready Steady Cook host said: “So it’s a bit hard out there at the moment so tonight because I’m just as bored as you are let’s have a diary room disco.
“INSTA LIVE tonight at 8.30pm. Bring a drink.”

The online bash kicks off 30 minutes after national plan to thank those working around the clock in the NHS.
At 8pm this evening the public are being encouraged to clap for the NHS on their doorsteps, windows, gardens and balconies up and down the UK.
The act of solidarity is intended to show appreciation for those fighting the coronavirus on the frontline.
