A Place in the Sun viewers couldn’t control their laughter after a guest made a suggestive comment in response to battery-powered bikes.
Sandra and Dave appeared on the show searching for a £180k holiday home in the Costa Del Sol.
The Channel 4 show’s host, Danni Menzies was showing the pair all their dream location had to offer as they rode electric bikes and scooters along the seafront together.
But when Danni stopped to ask the couple what they think about the bikes being battery-powered, Sandra said: “I love anything with a battery.”
The host laughed and replied: “It takes the edge off doesn’t it.”
Naturally, the comment did not go amiss with viewers, as they took to Twitter to poke fun at the lewd comment.
“Someone on A Place in the Sun just said she loves anything with a battery?” one woman tweeted.
Another user sarcastically wrote: “Just watched A Place In The Sun. Lady offered an electric bike to get around on. Her reply “yes please I love anything with batteries”.
“Filth. I was so offended I put my foot through the screen and sent Jasmine Harmon the bill.”
Another simply tweeted a gif of a man vomiting with quotes of the conversation.

In other A Place in the Sun news, presenter Danni Menzies suffered an unfortunate wardrobe mishap when her dress was “blown straight off” while she was filming the show in Lanzarote.
Speaking to The Metro Danni claimed her wrap-around dress blew off her on a windy day.
The presenter claims she had to film in the same dress every day for continuity purposes so spent the afternoon shopping around for a needle and thread before being literally sewn into her dress by the director.
