Former Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley has proved that celebrities can also see their pictures turn out differently than originally planned.
In a series of photos posted on Instagram, the 37-year-old actress slipped into a triangle-style bikini as she relaxed in her back garden.
She was first seen posing in the outdoor bath before exposing the moment where she was about to be photobombed by her son.
The second photo saw the TV personality shielding her face while laughing, as Alfie, her six-year-old son, was captured mid-jump in the air, while shouting and wearing swimming goggles.
As a result of the hilarious juxtaposition between the photos, the mum-of-one wrote: “Swipe for Insta vs Reality,” along with crying laughing emoji faces and an emoji of a woman facepalming.
In a bid to reveal how her staycation had been going, she wrote in her caption: “We love our summer nights (even in the rain!) we’ve made the most of it this year and the hot tub has been a welcome addition!”
She also added: “It does feel like you’re on your holibobs! I just need a Pina Colada!”
Heart Skips a Beat singer, Olly Murs, thought the post was good fun as he commented with a couple of crying laughing emoji faces and clapping hands emojis.

Fellow Coronation Street actress, Samia Longchambon seemed inspired and wrote: “I’ll be round soon!”
Among the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant’s 637,000 Instagram followers, some were simply enjoying the view as actor Marco Robinson commented: “Hot tub model”.
The actress seems to have been in better spirits following the quarrel she revealed having last month with one of her neighbours.

Catherine confessed in July in an angry Tweet that she felt like “slapping” the man who was living next door to her luxury family home in Walkden, Greater Manchester.
She wrote: “My next door neighbour only mows his lawn after 9pm… I want to march around and slap him with a yuka … so selfish,” she wrote on Twitter.”
The 37-year-old TV personality has been living on the property with her husband, Tom Pitfield, which she refurbished during the first lockdown with a state-of-the-art interior.
