Davina McCall left no curve uncovered as she flaunted her rippling abs and toned body in a microscopic sports bra that demanded attention.
Over the years, the 53-year-old has become quite the advocate for health and fitness, committing herself an astounding six sweaty workouts per week in order to maintain her toned physique.
Showcasing proof, she took to Instagram with a sizzling snippet to unveil her hard work and dedication.
Looking rather sweaty after intensely squatting, Davina showed an end snippet of the virtual gym session that she had attended.

To which a rather hot and bothered Davina screamed: “Yes, Yes,” to the camera.
Captioning the video, the TV presenter penned: “Did an ‘Own Your Goals Davina’ workout this morning.
“It’s in the x-fight section on the fitness for you page …. and yes Daniel Duckett I did enjoy that! 25 mins… 200 calories. Back of the net.”
It was hard not to be distracted by the former Big Brother host’s incredible body.

Meanwhile, it was reported that Davina had quit her presenting role of the Changing Rooms reboot after filming schedules became “a nightmare” due to Covid-19.
It is claimed Davina had to drop out after conflicts arose with The Masked Singer UK commitments.
A source revealed to The Sun: “The lockdown and pandemic have played havoc with the schedule and sadly Davina has said she won’t be able to commit.
“It’s the last thing anyone wanted but she is so busy with other filming commitments.
“Everyone on Changing Rooms is gutted as getting Davina on board was a huge coup for the reboot.”
