Gemma Collins has been struggling to relax in recent weeks, so the reality TV star opted to undergo cupping therapy.
The former TOWIE star shared a series of pictures of her receiving the treatment on her Instagram stories.
Gemma, 40, hoped a round of the treatment – which involves having a therapist place a number of glass cups on her back – would help her chill out and have some down time.
The former Dancing On Ice star asked a friend to film her laying face-down on the therapist’s salon table, which appeared to be in the centre of someone’s living room.
She explained to her millions of fans: “Guys I’m having cupping today.
“I’ve had so much going on and here goes the cupping.”
The practice involves having the glass cups connected to her skin and gently pulling at the flesh to ease pain and tension.
The practice is also known to help relieve stress.
Gemma went on to share more images of her undergoing the treatment.
In one hilarious image, she even put one of the cups on the middle of her forehead.
“Cupping is amazing,” she said again next to the snap.
Cupping therapy originally began in China, and is a form of alternative medicine.
A local suction is created on the skin, which is supposed to help decrease inflammation and pain, and increase blood flow in the body.

What’s more, it is also said to help decrease cellulite and heal skin issues.
The treatment can be wet or dry, and therapists will often use glass cups, and bamboo, silicone or earthenware can also be used.
Cupping normally leave red marks which can take up to a month to disappear from the body.
It comes as Gemma said her dad Alan, 73, is gradually getting better after a scary battle with Covid-19.
