On Instagram this afternoon, Katie Price posted a beautiful photo of herself in a set of red underwear from Misspap’s DON’T MISS YOUR PAP line.
Showing off her famous curves in a plunging matching red lingerie set, Katie looked gorgeous as she smouldered for the camera.
The brunette bombshell showed off a number of her tattoos on her body as the high-waisted knickers left little to the imagination.
Katie shared the post to raise awareness for pap smear tests, telling her fans to get themselves checked as soon as possible.
Katie said this: “I’m so honoured to join @misspap’s DON’T MISS YOUR PAP movement which urges all women and anyone with a cervix to attend their cervical screening test.
“Please pap it in your diary and attend your appointments guys as it could save your life”
Katie says that the misspap clothing she’s sporting in the post is set to donate 100% of sales to the eve appeal charity.
The eve appeal charity funds research and raises awareness for early diagnosis of gynae cancers.
The message struck well with followers as they commented discussing plans to get checked or about having recently been checked.
Eve appeal commented on their post promoting open communication for people that felt uncomfortable about a cervical check.
Eveappeal said: “For anyone with questions or worries about cervical screening we have a nurse service called Ask Eve, you can email us for free support and confidential support”
The post also brought comments about the specific wording used by Katie.
One commenter said: “Anyone with a cervix? You mean women? Don’t complicate things”
A common mistake people can make when discussing cervical cancer is to forget that some people may have had their cervix removed or may identify as a different gender than assigned at birth.
Transgender men or non-binary people could also have a cervix and because of this the dialogue on cervical screenings has changed to be inclusive of all identities.
If you have a cervix and need any questions answered about screenings you can contact your local GP.
