Liam Payne has been spotted getting cosy with his ex-fiancé Maya Henry.
The Sun have revealed that the pair were spotted at a plush poolside bar in upmarket Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
Fans of the boyband hunk have gone wild on social media since the photo surfaced.
One fan took to Twitter to say: “i just woke up and liam and maya were spotted together….OMG YES I LOVE THIS”
Another wrote: “Don’t assume liam and maya are back together just bc they were seen together. he’s said he’s not ready for a relationship and they’re probably just friends.”
A third penned: “AHHHHHHHHH LIAM AND MAYA TOGETHER?????”
This comes after the former One Direction singer hinted that he wanted to make amends with his ex-fiancé after sharing a heartfelt message on Instagram suggesting their split was a “mistake”.
In June, the star revealed that he and his now-ex-model-fiancée Maya Henry were separating after a 10-month-long engagement.
Liam and Maya seemed to be loved up so fans of the singer were surprised by the news, but it now seems that Liam wants her back.
The former boyband heartthrob shared a series of cryptic Instagram stories in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The stories shared by the singer hinted that he had regrets about ending his relationship with Maya Henry.
One of the posts that Liam wrote said: “Don’t let someone go if you really want to love them, even if you have to learn to love them through your own mistakes let your instinct tell you that you need them and keep them close, we are always running out of time we never gain it.”
Tagging his ex-fiancee’s Instagram account in the following slide, before appearing to delete it, he added: “F**k me I am wise… I love you, we calm.”
Liam Payne and Maya Henry started dating in August 2018.
They got together after Liam’s split from singer Cheryl, who he has a son with.
The 27-year-old singer got down on one knee and popped the question last year to the 21-year-old.
Proposing with a diamond ring thought to be worth over £3million, Liam first spoke about their split in an interview on Steven Bartlett’s YouTube series Diary of a CEO.
When asked if he was single, he clarified: “I am indeed,” explaining they ended things in lockdown.
