Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway viewers were gobsmacked this week after the pair included another raunchy joke on its Double Trouble segment.
The gag came about as Ant McPartlin was being held hostage by Declan Donnelly’s evil clone, who threatened to “get Cox involved” in the interrogation.
Ant looked suitably terrified by the implication.
Broadcaster Sara Cox luckily entered the room shortly afterwards, dispelling the illusion that some more intimate body parts might be getting involved.
“Oh Sara Cox! That’s a massive relief.”
“Alright cocker,” Sara replied.
But fans were stunned by the risqué pun.
One posted a GIF of someone spitting out their drink, adding: “That Cox involved line on #SaturdayNightTakeaway”.
“When your 7 year old asks you why you’re laughing at “getting Cox involved” another wrote on Twitter.
And a third added: “Love that they got Sara Cox in just for that gag”.
The rest of the segment saw Bear Grylls give the resistance at the safe house advice on how to stay alive, and asked if the gathered celebs – which included Ant’s evil clone undercover – if they’d ever drunk their own urine.
Only Bear and Great British Bake Off star Prue Leith raised their hands.
Ant and a clone of his evil clone got involved in a Street Fighter style bout.
But plenty of viewers were distracted by Ant’s “floppy hair”, with one writing on Twitter: “Ant with floppy hair got me like (three sweating emojis)”.
Another said Ant looked eerily like ex-Emmerdale star Joseph Gilgun.
It comes after the show garnered 96 Ofcom complaints last week for its racy joke about Cat Deeley.
Cat joked she had been “filled in” by Dec during a comedy sketch.
An Ofcom spokesperson told The Daily Star: “We received 96 complaints in total about the programme including about some of the jokes and innuendos.”
The trio put on a 20th-anniversary reunion special of their spoof sitcom, CHUMS.
The episode saw Ant get re-ordained to ‘remarry’ Dec and Cat after failing to register the marriage back in 2001 on the very last episode of CHUMS two decades ago.
Ant complimented Cat in her wedding dress, and she responded: “I’m very out of breath. Declan’s filled me in and…”
Ant replied: “Yeah, I bet he has.”

Cat scolded Ant to “keep it clean”.
It is far from the first time the prime-time show has attracted Ofcom complaints, with Gordon Ramsey calling a woman out for the “gap in the teeth”.
