Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly has proved she can pull off sportswear as well as glam dresses.
The 52-year-old television presenter is known for wearing stunning outfits while appearing on the BBC dancing show.
However, she gave fans a glimpse into her everyday life in her recent Instagram post as she donned a blue sports bra and matching leggings.
She showed off a hint of her midriff as she posed for the camera while sitting on the floor cross-legged on her yoga mat with her pooch Mikey next to her.
Tess tied her trademark blonde tresses up into a messy bun with her fringe framing her face.
She wore minimal makeup for her latest snap as she opted for the natural look.
Vernon Kay’s wife captioned the snap: “It’s been a productive morning and now time for a workout with my yoga pal.”
Unsurprisingly, Tess’ post caught the attention of her 792,000 followers, with some rushing to leave a message for the star in the comment section.
One fan gushed: “How come u still look beautiful in your workout gear? X”
Another added: “Look at you, you are so beautiful and 50 amazing.”
A third person posted: “Do you ever age? Absolutely incredible looking woman.”
While a fourth social media user said: “You are so beautiful and talented.”
It comes after Tess was accused of being “condescending” towards Rhys Stephenson as he broke down in tears after performing on Saturday night’s edition of Strictly.
She consoled the CBBC presenter as he became tearful after dancing a waltz to You Light Up My Life by Whitney Houston.
Overcome with emotion, Rhys explained how last week was tough for him, as he was in the dance-off.
Getting more tearful, Tess offered Rhys some kind words but fans weren’t impressed with the way in which she did.
“Aw, come on darling. Aw Rhys, come over sweetheart,” she said to him.
“Are you crying honey? Are you having a little cry? I know you were so nervous. Aw I know you were really nervous and you really wanted to do well.”

Rhys replied: “I’m so sorry, it’s so embarrassing,” as he wiped away the tears.
Tess added: “You don’t want to be in that dance off again do you? Not at all.”
Viewers were quick to flock to Twitter to discuss the way in which Tess spoke to the star.
“Tess was so condescending with Rhys,” one fan tweeted.
Another said: “Tess makes my toes curl. She needn’t have brought attention to Rhys like that. We could all see he was emotional.”
Strictly Come Dancing final airs Saturday on BBC One at 7pm
