The Chase fans distracted as two famous TV lookalikes go up against Mark Labbett

The Chase fans were left gobsmacked on Thursday when not only did one contestant look like Walter White, the other looked like Supernanny Jo Frost.

Bradley Walsh welcomed four contestants to the studio to try their against Mark Labbett aka The Beast.

However, the players’ looks were more amusing for many viewers than the quiz questions.

Fans decided Ceri, a 52-year-old Welshman from Colwyn Bay, looked like Breaking Bad’s Walter White.

Ceri’s large glasses and moustache led many fans to see the resemblance.

One viewer tweeted: “What’s Walter White doing on the chase?”

Another fan chimed in: “Poundland Walter White.”

A third social media user posted: “Walter White klaxon!! Love Bryan Cranston!!! #TheChase ”

However, Ceri’s career as a planning officer couldn’t place him further apart from the meth-dealing drug lord.

Ceri did manage to get £7,000 in the cash builder, making his chase a tense one for the team.

However, the lookalikes didn’t stop there.

Many viewers also thought that 27-year-old Sophie looked like Supernanny

Fans also noticed that Sophie, a 27-year-old social worker from Leicestershire, looked like Supernanny.

Many viewers thought Sophie resembled the toddler-teaching, nannying superhero, Jo Frost.

One fan tweeted: “Next up is Jo ‘Super Nanny’ Frost #TheChase ”

Although the contestants may have looked like these TV icons, their brainpower didn’t quite match up.

After getting 17 in the final chase the team was knocked out in their battle against Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett.

Mark boasted a 82 per cent accuracy today.
