Amanda Holden has shared a stunning snap as she posed in a fitted tracksuit as she went for a morning run.
Holden, who goes by the jokey username ‘noholdenback’ on Instagram, posted the picture after she decided to get some fresh air and stretch her legs.
She captioned the post: “Had a wonderful run this morning, the first in ages. I thought it was gonna be tough but it all turned out [well],” with a green tick emoji. She also tagged athletics brand Sweaty Betty, who made the tracksuit that she modelled so well.
She posed for the camera in front of a background of greenery and bushes, with her hand by her neck and a leg out in front with her blonde hair styled in a low ponytail.

The mother of two opted for a navy skin tight matching workout set of leggings and a running jacket, covered with white spots. She wore black running shoes with a purple sole, a black Adidas baseball cap and a pair of huge circular face-covering shades.
The Heart breakfast presenter can’t seem to stop sending her fan’s pulses racing as she recently shared a video of herself dressed in a flight attendant costume, urging viewers to join the ‘mile high club’.
50 year old Amanda looked ageless as she posed for the playful video at the Heart Radio headquarters, wearing a cap and a pair of stiletto heels.

She completed the look with a blue air hostess dress, embroidered with a gold trim and gold accents. She strutted up and down the studio corridor in the Instagram video to Frank Sinatra’s classic song Fly Me To The Moon.
Her fans absolutely loved the video and some shared their compliments in the comments.
One wrote: “Rocking that pilot uniform!” while another said: “This has really made my day.”

In another post, she made a cheeky suggestion to her 1.8 million followers.
She wrote: ‘MH club?’ implying that her fans should join the exclusive group, but followed it up with a correction: “*Mandy Holden, obviously.” She finished the sentence with a saucy emoji, winking with its tongue out.
