Amanda Holden marked Mother’s Day with an emotional post as she posted a duo of snaps while she posed up a storm alongside her family.
On Sunday (March 27), the 51-year-old starlet took to Instagram share her love for her mother Judith and two daughters, Lexi, 16, and Hollie, 10, with a special mention to her late son Theo.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge – who shared her mini me daughter with her husband Chris Hughes – was left devastated more than a decade ago when doctors informed the expectant parents that their son was stillborn.
With his memory always in their hearts, the blonde bombshell paid tribute to their beautiful baby boy in her Mother’s Day caption as she celebrated her life as a mother.
She wrote: “#HappyMothersDay sending love to you all … Lucky to have my mummy and to be a Mama to my two girls and my angel #theo [love heart emoji].”
And her 1.8million fans soon rushed to her comments section to share their support for the radio presenter online as they passed on their well wishes.
One user penned: “Tough one today [crying emoji] love to you and your Mummy xxxx.”
Another added: “You sure are lucky to still have your mom [hearty emoji] And your girls are sure lucky to have you [heart emoji] What a gorgeous group [heart emoji].”
A third penned: “Have a fantastic Mother’s Day! @noholdenback … I will be remembering mine, she is sadly no longer with me!”
The radio presenter opened up about her heartbreaking stillbirth last July as she reflected on the traumatic experience when she was told there was no heartbeat on the BBC’s Dear NHS Superstars special.
She said: “I remember waking up and thinking I hadn’t felt my baby kick for most of the night which was unusual because he was so active.
“I tried all the things they tell you to do, but he wasn’t moving. But I didn’t panic.”
Fighting back the tears, the distraught mother confessed: “I held him even though he was fast asleep. The one thing I remember is his perfectly formed eyebrows, which all my children have.”
Amanda was then told how she could take home some keepsakes of her son to preserve his memory forever.
She added: “Theo was put into a little room so his body could be preserved and we could go and see him as much or as little as we wanted.
“Jackie talked to me about the keepsakes we could have to remind ourselves of Theo forever. We got his footprints and a little bit of his hair and the blanket he was born in.”
