Kate appeared on the series back in the early 2000s and managed to rake in an impressive average viewership of 5.8million fans per episode, which earned it the title of most watched series in the show’s history.

The finale episode, in which Kate took home a whopping £70,000, was watched by more than 10m people.

The series skyrocketed her career and the young star was only just getting started.

Previously a part time model, Kate now had the world at her fingertips and became a DJ on Capital FM until 2003.

In 2006, Kate entered Love Island 2 and was the top third female of the series, before she went on to continue her presenting career.

She has worked for rock radio station Kerrang! and Virgin Radio before settling into a career as a DJ touring Europe and Japan.

The former Big Brother resident also has a monthly residency at Manchester nightclub Sankeys whilst also writing for OK! and New! magazines.

Kate regularly shares glamorous snaps on Instagram, as well as gorgeous bikini pictures which occasionally include her daughter Noa as they spend precious time together.

One of her most recent saw Kate don a strapless black and white bikini as she showed off her washboard stomach and toned abs in a gorgeous snap.

Letting her blonde hair fall over her shoulders in a sleek style, Kate smiled at the camera as she sent her fans into a frenzy.

Kate tied the knot with partner Martin Bojtos back in June 2022 and the 41-year-old looked breathtaking as she confirmed her union in London.

The pair wed in Shoreditch after their ceremony was postponed multiple times due to Covid-19 restrictions.

She wore a stunning diamond tiara and clutched a white flower bouquet as she left the venue with her new husband, dressed in a white suit jacket and black trousers.

Her dress was an off the shoulder number, covered in lace applique flowers and dainty shoulder straps that fell just above her elbows.

Her signature blonde locks were styled in loose waves and her impressive diamond wedding ring was on show for everyone to see.

The pair already share their daughter Noa, who was present at the ceremony.

Kate has been open about her post natal depression after she gave birth to Noa back in 2021.

She was undiagnosed and has spoken to The Sun about how she coped during such dark times.

Kate recalled: “I remember rocking her, going: ‘Shush, shush,’ but I was just like: ‘Oh my god, please. What can I do?’ The sound of a baby crying when you’re emotionally drained, when you haven’t slept and you already feel so depleted.”

She continued: “You’re lacking energy, you’re hungry, you’re tired, your partner is sleeping next door and you’re thinking: ‘Why am I doing this?’”

In the book, Kate spoke about the extreme effects of her depression and admitted that she once felt like she wanted to shake her daughter.

She wrote: “I remember rushing into the bathroom and literally screaming: ‘I can’t do this any more! I put Noa down on the bed firmly, in a way that made me realise I was close to shaking her, and I ran upstairs to our loft, so scared at what I’d nearly done.”

After the incident, her husband asked her to seek help as he had spotted the signs that she was “not coping”.

He told her that he’d “never seen her that broken before” and knew they needed to get help.

Kate has since said that it is vital for new mothers to receive support at such a pivotal time in their lives.
