Emmerdale fans have shared their concerns for Paddy Kirk’s health after he slept with his wife Chas Dingle while she has been cheating on him with Al Chapman.
During Friday’s instalment of the popular ITV soap opera, viewers watched the brunette beauty shower her husband with gifts on his birthday just one day after she shared a passionate kiss with the TV hunk.
For his special day, the loving wife treated him to a brand new board game to play with his close pal Marlon who is slowly recovering from a major stroke, while his mother-in-law bought him a whoopee cushion with her face on it.

Later on in the day, she organised a sweet cupcake with a candle on it to be brought out as everyone in the Woolpack sang Happy Birthday to him.

And to finish off the perfect day, Faith kept their son Aaron entertained while the couple darted upstairs to make the most of their alone time together.
But now fans have shared their concerns that the village vet may soon catch an STI (sexually transmitted infection) as Chas’ affair with the disgraced gangster continues.
As viewers watched the guilty wife shower her husband with presents and kisses, fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on her affair online.

One user penned: “Chas will give paddy an SFT… #emmerdale” as another agreed: “They jealousy on Chas stinks #Emmerdale.”
A third added: “My heart is going to break for Paddy when he finds out what Chas has been up to with Al. Chas is so gullible. #Emmerdale.”

Chas has been secretly hooking up with Al as a way to drown out the pain she’s experiencing because of her mum Faith Dingle’s cancer diagnosis.
After meeting secretly in the woods, Chas admitted to Al she was disgusted by the way the rest of the Dingles are pretending everything is fine with Faith when clearly it isn’t.
When Al chased after Chas to talk things out, she insisted “the last thing” she wanted to do was to talk and then passionately kissed him.

It comes after viewers were left convinced that Paddy will rekindle his relationship with ex Mandy Dingle.
As their wild affair continues behind their spouses backs, fans begged Paddy to get back together with Mandy.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Let Chas and Al be together, then Paddy can get back with our Mandy, they were a lot better match anyway, Chas and Paddy have no spark.”
Another added: “With the number of times Chas has cheated on Paddy with Al – he might as well hop into bed with Mandy at this point.”
