I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here fans are sure they spotted a breach of the rules during Monday night’s show (November 7).
The hit ITV series made its much anticipated returned to screens on Sunday evening, returning to the Australian jungle for the first time in two years.
And as this year’s campmates were settling into their first night in camp, eagle-eyed fans spotted what they thought was Coronation Street actress Sue Cleaver using a mobile phone.

It’s no secret that the use of phones is strictly prohibited in camp, with the luxury item removed from celebs more than a week before they enter the jungle to keep them completely cut off from the outside world.

But despite the clear rules, fans were convinced they saw the 59-year-old using a phone while she was laying in her bed.
Taking to social media with this speculation, one viewer penned: “Did anyone see Sue Cleaver on a phone at the start (bout 6min in) of 2nights episode?”
“Honestly…?? Did i see Sue Cleaver with a phone,” questioned a second.

Another person insisted: “Sue for sure on her phone just then #ImACeleb.”
Echoing these thoughts, a fourth speculated: “Was Sue just on a phone? Anyone able to go back and check,” as someone else agreed: “I thought the same!”
However, what they actually saw was a light hidden within the leaves and its positioning, combined with the angle of Sue’s arms made it look as though she could be tapping away on a phone.

It’s only been two days but this series has already got off to a wild start as Olivia Attwood was forced to quit the show after just 24 hours.
The Love Island left the jungle after medics were concerned over the results of her health test in camp.
Despite the 31-year-old wanting to continue, further checks were made and it was ITV’s decision to remove Olivia from the show.
