The live final of Strictly Come Dancing will take place on December 17, it has been announced.
Children in Need have an incredible prize up for grabs, which has also confirmed the date of the live Strictly final.
On the Children in Need Twitter page they promoted their prize draw which stated how “you could be the lucky winner of a fab-u-lous Strictly prize”.

In the breakdown of what the lucky winner would get, they stated that the prize would include “two tickets to the Strictly Come Dancing final taking place at Elstree Studios on Saturday 17th December,” which hinted and seemingly confirmed the date that the final will take place.
As well as two tickets to the final, the winner of the Children in Need prize will also bag a VIP, backstage experience at It Takes Two the evening before, two nights stay in a spa hotel including dinners, breakfasts and afternoon tea and all travel paid-for related to the prize.
This comes as the remaining contestants gear up for Blackpool, which is where the show will take place next week.
Fans of the beloved BBC One dancing competition are currently recovering from the news of Tony Adams withdrawing from the show.
The star was set to take part in the dance-off with Tyler West tonight after he failed to impress the viewing public and judges.
But before the weekly dance-off could even kick off, Tony withdrew from the competition following an injury he had sustained on Saturday night.
On Sunday night’s show (November 13), Tess Daly confirmed that Tony would be withdrawing from the competition.
She said: “Due to an injury sustained on Saturday night, Tony is unable to take part in the dance-off and has decided to withdraw from the competition.
“This means there will be no dance-off tonight and Tyler and Dianne are through to Blackpool.”
Last week Paralympian Ellie Simmonds became the sixth celebrity to depart the dance floor after a tense dance off between Molly Rainford.
