Susanna Reid heads to Poland for GMB special with Ukrainian refugee who sang Let It Go

Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid visited Poland for a GMB special with the little Ukrainian girl who went viral for singing Let It Go.

The TV presenter shared a sweet snap of her with Amelia and her mum on Twitter to tease fans with what’s coming up on the programme in the next week.

She captioned the post: “TOMORROW: I am @gmb in Poland with a special interview with Amelia and her mum Lilia. The seven-year-old who sang Let it Go in the Kyiv bomb shelter has became a symbol of her nation. And I’ll be reporting from the Polish-Ukrainian border live from 6am Monday.”

Fans of hers took to the comment section to share their thoughts, with one saying: “Will be watching this. My five-year-old granddaughter Mia loves watching the video of Amelia singing and wants to know how she escaped from Ukraine.”

A second added: “How how wonderful. Good luck.”

Whiled a third penned: “Good luck and you’re doing a good job.”

“Sending good vibes and Irish blessings for a safe time! Take care of yourself and I hope it goes well!” a fourth wrote.

In other GMB news, host Richard Madeley recently opened up about his pregnant daughter Chloe Madeley’s “expensive car” being stolen.

During a recent episode of Good Morning Britain (April 11), the TV star said: “My daughter’s car was stolen off the driveway of our home in London about two months ago.

“She reported it, she got a crime number, and about 10 minutes later she got a call from the police saying that they weren’t going to investigate it any further because they had nothing to go on, and that was that!”

He fumed: “You know, an expensive car was taken and no investigation, no number plate recognition put out.

“It was just basically filed away and I know many of our viewers will have reports of similar experiences.

“I mean, being burgled and having no investigation into the burglary, that is a whole different area…”
