X Factor teen Eoghan Quigg looks totally different 14 years later and is now a dad

Eoghan Quigg, 30, was just a fresh-faced boy when he first appeared on X Factor back in 2008.

The North Ireland singer was catapulted to fame thanks to his impressive vocal abilities, cheeky charms and of course his famous spikey blonde hair.

Today, fans would be surprised to see how much the then 16-year-old has changed.

Eoghan came in third place in the popular television music competition franchise created by British producer Simon Cowell and his company Syco Entertainment.

It was the year that Alexandra Burke was crowned the winner with boyband JLS placing second.

These days Eoghan looks far more demure sporting a neat brunette hair style after undergoing a hair transplant in 2020.

His new look is accompanied by a sleeve of tattoos and impressive muscles.

Eoghan’s new look wasn’t the only change in his life after becoming a father with his girlfriend Amy Campbell last April.

Eoghan is the proud father of Emmy Belle, 11 months old.

Speaking to The Belfast Telegraph about his new addition he had said: “We are both delighted, absolutely over the moon.”

He continued: “In a very strange and tough year, it’s fantastic news and has definitely turned 2020 into a very memorable year for us – in a good way.”

Born in Dungiven, Northern Ireland on 12 July 1992 Eoghan is both a singer and footballer.

After his appearance on the X Factor, he was originally signed by Simon Cowell for Syco Records but was later moved to RCA after Cowell pulled out.

He released an album in 2009 which was unfortunately met with strong negative reviews.

The singer then competed in the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest representing Ireland finishing in second place.

In 2015, Eoghan joined Coagh United F.C. iand later Portstewart F.C. in the Northern Ireland Intermediate League.

Today Eoghan still follows his singing passion performing with his Irish wedding band, The Housem8s.
