Kim Kardashian brings her glam squad and ring light to get driving license photo

Celebrities may lead glamorous lives, but they still have to tackle mundane tasks like getting a new driver’s license photo.

In the latest episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, titled, The Tension Is Brewing, Kim Kardashian took a unique approach to this everyday chore by bringing her glam squad along for the ride.

The episode began with Kim, who recently made headlines for her daring outfit at Steph Shepherd’s wedding, arriving at a local Los Angeles DMV office with her team in tow.

Despite the apparent after-hours visit, Kim thanked the employees for staying open, convinced that it was the same place where she had obtained her license before.

Joined by her longtime hairstylist Chris Appleton and makeup artist Ariel Tejada, Kim prepared for what she called a “photo shoot” to capture her driving license picture.

Appleton acknowledged the significance of this image, noting that it would be with her for a long time. Tejada added, “Five years is a long time,” emphasizing the importance of ensuring it looked just right.

As Tejada applied Kim’s makeup, a producer commented on the glamorous nature of the photo.

Kim responded: “I mean, this is the most important photo you’ll ever take in your life,” alluding to her upcoming 42nd birthday and expressing her desire for fun, peace, and good vibes in her next year.

Kim joked about posing with her tongue out, only to be surprised when a DMV employee mentioned a 25-question knowledge test.

It turned out to be a joke, leaving Kim relieved as she focused on perfecting her hair and makeup under the careful attention of Appleton and Tejada.

Kim wondered if she should include her last name “West” in the license, to which her team advised against it.

Finally ready, Kim sat in front of the green backdrop with Chris stepping in to fix a stray hair.

Eager to see the result, they gathered around the DMV computer. Upon viewing the photo, they deliberated and suggested improvements.

Unfortunately, the DMV’s limited technology prevented them from saving the image or taking multiple shots.

With determination, Kim returned to the green backdrop, and her team made adjustments to capture the perfect angle.

When the final photo was revealed, everyone agreed it was a success.

Exiting the DMV, Kim thanked her team and acknowledged their support.
