Kourtney Kardashian left her fans astonished as she poured her lithe figure into a nearly naked dress.
The US reality star looked incredible as she donned an optical illusion frock by Balmain on Instagram, featuring a woman’s naked form printed on the front.
From the belly button to naked thighs, the female figure looks to be clutching one arm across her breasts before flowing into a classic painting style blue back dotted with cherubic angels.

The gown clung to Kourtney’s legs before falling into a loose hem at her ankles, stretching into long sleeves dotted with blue clouds.
A zip could be seen stretching right from the collar of the dress down to Kourtney’s ankles – allowing easy removal.
Pinning her dark hair up into a sleek bun with sleek strands falling to frame her face, Kourtney posed against a dark wood wall, staring directly into the camera – and sending her fans wild.
A bright pink manicure and bold eyeliner look completed her ensemble.
Kourtney captioned her snaps: “If you’d like to make a call please hang up and try again.”
But some fans were left “uncomfortable” looking at the outfit, as one penned: “I just felt uncomfortable looking at this… it’s a no from me.”
Another echoed: “I’m not digging that dress,” while a third fan said: “Sorry to say, but this looks ridiculous.”
“This dress makes me uncomfortable. The back is nice but the front… nah,” someone else posted.
“I guess I just don’t understand fashion!” another social media user giggled.
As someone else posted: “All the money in the world and still can’t buy taste.”

“Can I call collect?” another gushed, as Kourtney’s brand Poosh left a series of flame emojis on her stunning snapshots.
It seems Kourtney is following in the footsteps of her half-sister Kylie Jenner, who also sported a naked Balmain frock for the 2022 Billboard Music Awards.
Kylie’s blue-toned dress featured the outline of a naked woman and skimmed the floor to leave little to the imagination – and paired with gold stacked bracelets, she had the red carpet swooning.
